Day One- An Introduction to Community Land Control Tools

The morning session is designed to provide a common understanding of land control tools.  The keynote speaker will discuss why we must focus on land use and control, the variety of tools available and why we have chosen the three tools as focus on the convening.  During the afternoon, participants will receive an introduction to each of the tools and hear stories about how Inclusionary Zoning Ordinances, Community Benefit Agreements, and Community Land Trusts have been used in selected communities.
